Our HHO kit can also be called an On-Demand Hydrogen system meaning it does not store any dangerous fuel (Petrol, Diesel or CNG). It produces the HHO gas as the driver turns the ignition switch on and shuts off the production of HHO gas as the vehicle is turned off. There is a very little amount of HHO gas in the water electrolyzer and delivery piping system. Therefore, it is safe to claim that our HHO kit is far more safe than CNG tank or even the liquid fuel (Petrol, Diesel and LPG) stored in the fuel tank of a vehicle. The onboard fuels become a major threat in case of an accident of the vehicle or an electric fire in the vehicle

A typical HHO kit saves somewhere between 20% to 40% of fuel.
No. There will be no modifications made to your vehicle. The HHO kit will be placed in the trunk (back of the vehicle) with a pipe running beneath the vehicle and leads into the air filter assembly. No holes are drilled and nothing is removed from your vehicle. The installation typically takes between 30 to 45 minutes.
The exact amount depends upon the type of HHO kit but as a general rule of thumb 1ml of distilled water is used every kilometer a vehicle runs. It is generally recommended to top-up 200ml distilled water every 200 km of odometer run.
If under any circumstances you end up adding mineral or tap water, it might reduce the ability of the HHO system to produce gas. In the worst case scenario, your HHO kit might require service. You can do service yourselves by carefully disassembling the HHO cell and sanding the SS plates with a medium fine grit sand paper (150 or higher).
Most iron engines have a thermodynamic efficiency of 37%. Even when aided with turbocharger and other similar other efficiency enhancement aids, most engines show an average efficiency of 18 – 20%.
As of today, an HHO kit cannot be installed in an Electric Hybrid vehicle.
